The plan is to:

• provide funding in areas that the government is lacking.
• provide a possible means to correct the errors of our society. 
• facilitate a way for community residents to communicate a common goal .
• make a convenient and clear path for local elected officials and product and service businesses to express their appreciation and undoubted support by investing in the welfare of the same communities that support them.
• provide a straightforward means of transparency, educating consumers, facilitating a way for them to identify what entities support their objectives, allowing them to make conscious decisions where to spend their discretionary income.
• demonstrate how much power we possess just by the way we choose to shop.
